Most people don't realize that a chimney can cause a leak in your home. Many times it is over looked when having your roof replaced.

If you suspect you are having issues with your chimney then you probably are. What we do is fill all the cracks with a sealant on the top. Then coat the very top to prevent any further cracking. On the sides we use a clear sealant in the cracks and mortar joints to preserve the curb side appeal. Both products give you a lasting water tight chimney for years to come.
